Ethnic Youth Gangs - Do They Exist?
In 1999 the Australian Multicultural Foundation published a report "Ethnic Youth Gangs in Australia: Do They Exist?", written by Rob White, Santina Perrone, Carmel Guerra and Rosario Lampugnani. The series of studies examines the issues of 'youth gangs' by talking with young people directly about the nature of group formations and group activities in their communities and neighbourhoods.
